This is a New, never worn skirt and it is in very good condition. It is hand made in what I would consider to be an Infant Toddler Girl's Small. It has an elastic waist but is not lined. The body is Turquoise and has (2) 5/8" Orange Yellow (1) 5/8" floral rows of Ribbon around the bottom of the skirt. It measures as follows lying flat and doubled. No rips or stains.
