This is a New, never worn skirt and it is in very good condition. It is hand made in what I would consider to be size Girl's XL. It has an elastic waist but is not lined. The body is Black and has (3) 5/8" Green Yellow rows of Ribbon around the bottom of the skirt. It measures as follows lying flat and doubled. No rips or stains.
