This is a New, never worn skirt and it is in very good condition. It is hand made in what I would consider to be size Small. It has an elastic waist but is not lined. The body is Orange and has 2 Blue Ribbons 1 Red Bandana Ribbon around the bottom. It measures as follows laying flat and doubled. No rips or stains. Please email me if you need anything else.
