Returns and Exchanges: Items purchased at listed price may be 1) returned for a money back or merchandise credit refund less a 0-15% restocking fee*, where applicable or 2) exchanged for an item equaling up to the value of the original sale price. Shipping fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable. All returns and exchanges must be received within fourteen days from the delivery date at the buyer’s expense. Returns must be in original condition with original packaging. Clothing items must have all tags and labels intact and must not have been washed, worn, altered, or otherwise tampered to any extent. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. In most cases, buyers selecting merchandise exchange will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred to ship the new merchandise.
