This is an etching of a long row of tenement housing with identical front stepped porches and a woman is on her knees washing one of the stoops. It measures 6 1/4"x8 1/2" plate size and 10"x12 1/2" outside dimension. Written at lower left in pencil is "46/400" and a with an illegible signature at lower right. It is framed under glass. It has a moisture stain along the left edge but it does not enter the image. Otherwise it is in very good condition.
