Item description

A Middle Eastern Ceramic bowl commonly called Splatterware in the world of ceramic glazes......to the untrained eye items of this nature can be confused with european pottery as was the case when purchased.........these pieces fired upsidedown.......item is thinly glazed so glass/scratch traffic is nominal,(see specific photo no#3)but rest assured all other parameters are on point......pin marks in cntr.for stacked fireing positions.......some large chipping to foot rim(old).......all told, an excellent surviving example of its type an absolutely authentic!
