If you're putting Euro lights on a U.S. market W123 your bulb holder socket will fit the back of this lens fine with a very simple mod to the receptacle. Everything else made after that uses round bulb holders like the one shown here. If you have an oval bulb holder you would just need to move each wire from the oval holder to the round holder.
