Box has a small, barely visible dirt stain on the bottom middle cover, otherwise everything looks like new. Played fine on my JVC S-vhs deck after auto-tracking at the start for EP mode, be sure your vcr supports this tape speed. Out Of Print (OOP) in all formats and no longer being produced.
