This is a hardcover book, Look No Further by Richard T. Hougen. A cookbook of favorite recipes from Boone Tavern Hotel, Berea College, Kentucky. It contains illustrations by Robert D. Bigelow. Mr. Hougen was the manager of the iconic dining establishment from 1940-1976 and was once described by a food editor as "one of the very few creative geniuses in food." This 1955 copy of his book is signed/autographed in the front. The dust jacket shows some wear and age but it has no rips or tears; the corners of the front and back flaps appear to have been clipped. The book itself is in excellent condition, very clean pages and tight binding. Asking $15.00 obo.
