light of knowledge tinged with eagerness that illuminates the minds
of others. She has had it since she was a six-year-old girl
on a Kansas farm and gave her parents a lecture on arithmetic.
Today, the lady, Mrs. Marjorie French, teaches mathematics
at Topeka High School. Her pupils call her their favorite teacher.
