Dinosaur (Lacinato Blue or Tuscan) Kale - Brassica oleracea - Heirloom - 2-3 ft. Hardy Biennial. A most unusual plant, also known as Dinosaur Kale or Tuscan Kale because of the texture of the leaves. Thin, dark blue-green leaves have a mild flavor and are a great addition to soups or stir-fries. Very cold hardy, it also holds up well in the heat. Can be picked continually during the winter.
