It has a peplum style double layer flounce at the waistline, longer solid black under the shorter top layer, which starts on the sides at the front and goes around the entire back area (see photos). 2 cloth covered buttons on the waist in front and tapered seams in front and back add further styling. Slight shoulder pads are sewn in to boost the shoulder area. Back zipper starts at 8-1/2" down from keyhole opening with a small button top closure.Bottom back slit for ease of movement. The dress can easily fit a ladies size 9/10 through 13/14, depending upon how snug you wear your clothes.
