All goods are normally sent by Royal Mail Tracked Delivery if from the UK. If coming from abroad, packing for the trek will be done unless otherwise specified. Once the tag has been removed or the item has been worn or used, it will belong to you and cannot be returned for any reason. For hygiene reasons, beauty or health creams, lubricants, massage oil products, or intimate underwear or clothing that touches the skin (knickers, briefs, thongs, bras, etc.) are not returnable. If you have ordered something by mistake or simply decide that you don't want it, we can issue a refund for unwanted items within 14 days (about 2 weeks). But you, the buyer, will bear the cost of the return and be responsible for its delivery to us. We recommend sending it by recorded mail.
