Your frosting can be any color but your edible image is made from thin frosting, so dark colors may not always be suitable. Our frosting sheets work best with a fresh buttercream type of frosting. If you wish to use a whipped cream type of frosting (or a harder type) we suggest to put a thin layer of buttercream frosting where the image will be placed. A lot of times when using a high moisture content frosting, such as whipped cream, the colors of the image may bleed or fade.
