LINUSIT Gold Linseed Special linseed with a high swelling capacity Application : Consume 3 times a day, preferably before or with meals. Please ensure you drink plenty of fluids each day. As a pure variant: 1. 15 g of GOLD linseed (2 tablespoons). For children aged 6-12, only 1 tablespoon. 2. Consume without chewing if possible. 3. Follow with 1-2 glasses of water (at least 15 ml). As a linseed porridge: 1. Stir 15 g of GOLD linseed (2 tablespoons) into approx. 400 ml of water and bring to the boil briefly. 2. Stir occasionally and allow to swell for up to 1 hour. 3. Then consume with seeds. As a linseed gel: 1. First, lightly crush 15 g of GOLD linseed (2 tablespoons) using a rolling pin or similar (do not crush!). 2. Stir in approx. 400 ml of water and bring to the boil briefly. 3. Stir occasionally and allow to swell for up to 1 hour. 4. Roughly strain through a sieve and consume the linseed gel within 30 minutes. Note : Packed under a protective atmosphere.
