The sleeves, from the shoulder, measure 23.5" and have a slit in the cuff area. Flat measurement across the back is 20" from armpit to armpit with an overall length from shoulder of 21.5". The fabric is soft with a textured finish and is 74% polyester and 26% rayon. The entire suit is lined with polyester. The skirt has tailoring around it's waist that is closed with a hidden, back zipper with hook/eye and features a back kick pleat. The skirt's flat measurements are 16" waist (32") and 26" long.
