Item description

Kalanchoe Daigremontiana (Mother of Millions) are easy to grow and care for. They prefer bright, sunny locations, especially in the summer growing season. Succulents can be planted anytime, but grow fastest in the summer. During the winter, consider a south-facing window. Water moderately throughout the summer and reduce watering in the winter. Let the soil surface dry out between waterings. They prefer warmth so do not keep in temperatures below 55 degrees. An ordinary potting soil mix is fine but fast-draining succulent/cactus soil is preferred. Feed bi-weekly in the summer with a liquid fertilizer, or use slow-release pellets. Plant immediately after receiving the shipment into almost dry soil, and keep the plant in a well lit but shaded place. It is not advisable to put into full sun after they were shipped in a dark box. Even in a rock garden it is advised to shade the plant somewhat for a few weeks. Watering can begin a week after planting if it is growing season for the species. All parts of plant are poisonous if ingested, especially for animals. Handling plant may cause skin irritation or allergic reaction. **Second photo depicts what plants will look like as they grow. Plant can reach 2 feet and propagates readily.**
