Box has been cut and mounted in a white, hard plastic clamshell keepcase. It has a small chip off the top right corner edge. Cassette is nice and clean with a hairline crack across the left window and a foil security sticker across the right endcap assuring you of first generation quality. Cover has a liner lift strip on the lower left corner and a scrunge or tear in the plastic under the eye (see photo). Pre-viewed for quality and played great on my Fisher vcr. Refreshingly offbeat slasher flick, with believable characters caught up in a maelstrom of mayhem. "The Handcuff Murders" are sweeping Manhattan when TV talk show-host Perry King begins a vendetta against the killer, helping psychic artist Elizabeth Kemp who draws impressions of the murders. She is caught between the manipulative host and sincere homicide detectives determined to catch a mass murderer as the web tightens.
