Camera sold as is without an option to return, Please read item description. Camera looks OK, but it has some issues. CCD glass seems to have some condensation inside, or maybe it is covered by some oily substance. Some buttons have been glued shut, so they don't move. This camera has been purchased from USA Army surplus, so it's condition is unknown. It might work and it might not. It has not been tested in any way, I don't have batteries, nor charger nor any other accessory. So you get only what is pictured. I don't see any obvious damage, but I see couple screws missing. And some parts gave been covered with glue. I don't see anything damaged, no cracks or dents. Camera has not been tested, it is sold as found and AS IS, for that reason camera is sold AS IS, for parts. It might work and it might not.
