These kits have all the ‘soft parts’ for the throttle and air motor (also includes motor bearings) and a socket retainer and oring for the shank. This kit has phenolic blades to replace the OEM blades. Some signs of needing a rebuild would be the obvious loss of power or that persistent air leak.
