rare authentic Russian belt buckle! made in solid silver and Persian turquoise! the center turquoise is carved! made by ???? ?????? (at one point of his life he was a member of Faberge work shop) there is a Hallmark ?? (2 places - on each part - see photos) for ???? ?????? - Ivan Britzin (born 1870 -in Moscowskaya guberniya, came from a krestjanin's family - ??????????-but moved to Petersburg) and also kokoshnik 84 for Russian silver. In 1965 author and researcher Marvin Ross wrote in her book 1965: " Bricin was working for Faberge before he started his own company". "in period of 1910-1917 he has created many items for Members of Imperial family" - info from Russian article. The Kokoshnik mark with initials of ?? for Yakov Lyapunov. ????????? ???? ??????? - ?????? ? ????????????? ???????? ????????? ?????????? ? 1899 ??1903 ???.
