Item description

Out Of Print (OOP) in all formats and no longer being produced. Box and cassette look almost new, pre-viewed for quality and played great for an old B W film. Film has been restored by UCLA for the Kino-Lorber label. Dick Powell stars as Larry Stevens, ready to step up to full-fledge reporting after having written his 500th obituary for the "Evening News". Speculating to old Pop Benson that he'd give 10 years of life for a glimpse of tomorrow, Larry gets his wish, with the newly deceased Pop bringing him early newspaper editions for the next three days, which help him to secure a raise in pay and prestige, meet and propose to the woman he loves, and win $60,000 at the racetrack. But can he avoid being in the lobby of the St. George Hotel on the evening he is scheduled to be murdered?
