Used but in great condition. We're not sure if it was really used and then cleaned really well or if it was just stored in the tack room collecting dust. There is one stain on the front left of the pad as seen in the photos. No rips or tears that we could find. This item has been in storage for a while so there may be some dust/storage dirt on it. We will describe any deficiencies in the description and/or photos. This item was in storage. It may have a slightly musty smell or have some small blemishes or dust that don't affect the use or effectiveness of the item. We try to show any blemish or defect as best as possible.
