This is an obsolete silver-plated One Dollar Gaming Token issued by The Continental Hotel 'Las Vegas Continental Style'.
The Continental Hotel and Casino opened in 1981 and closed in March 1999.
Coin measures roughly 1-1/2" in diameter.
