The antique gold finish is accented on all four sides with convex porthole mirrors around the triple beveled base. Although it is designed to serve as a handy hotel bedside light, this beautiful lamp will look great in many other environments, too. Uses 2 standard light bulbs of up to 75W each. The heavy duty cord is 8' long and UL rated to ensure safe operation. Overall dimensions of the lamp, from the top of the finial to bottom of the base = 32", base = 7"W x 7"D, cord length = 8' (approximate). The bare lamp weighs 11 1/2 pounds. This lamp does not come with a shade, which is actually a good thing for three reasons: 1) We can sell the lamp to you for less without the shade; 2) It saves on your shipping costs (many lampshades are considered "oversize" and cost much more to ship), and; 3) It allows you select the perfect shade that will look best in the environment where you plan to use the lamp.
