The Rakshasa: A Hindu Demon Spirit The Rakshasas are Demon spirits most commonly found in Hindu and Buddhist lore. They are shape shifting, warrior type spirits who are masters of vengeance and protection. The Rakshasa does not usually manifest visually outside the astral plane. The Rakshasa is a fierce warrior spirit, and his loyalty to the protection of his Keeper is extremely strong.
