-Windows 10 Home (Windows 11 compatible: YES) -All original factory hardware included and working -Drive #1: SSD 250GB, Drive #2 HDD 1TB (room for 3rd drive is available) -8 GB RAM with a second "limited" RAM slot (see details below) -Secure Boot State: OFF -Install your own OS, Factory Reset, or use as is This is a great mid-range gaming rig if you want to stick with windows 10 or eventually upgrade to 11. It can play games like Cyberpunk 2077, GTA V, and AC: Odyssey on highest or close to highest settings. It has been kept well-vacuumed (except for the front fan) and always completely powered off when not in use. No heat issues, all fans working, excellent condition. (Please note that no hp/omen drivers/software is required to operate this system and they have all been removed from this build.) After the next windows update you will have to use a driver-remover program to ?force-delete? hp drivers once they get auto-reinstalled. Or just let a third-party firewall (e.g. ?simplewall?) continuously block those program connections. Just be aware that you don?t even need any of those drivers to print or scan with a hp or any printer (that?s what the default microsoft drivers are for). Expansions: You can swap out the default 8 GB RAM card with a larger capacity one but you can?t add another RAM card to the second slot unless it?s a hp-made card and not the default one that comes with this tower. This machine also has room and cables to connect a third internal data drive. (Note: One of the expansion drive slot side tabs is cracked and will probably break off soon but this does not compromise the mounting.) Windows Updates: Even getting only essential windows updates will get all the hp/omen drivers installed again but you can block their internet functions with a third party firewall and/or remove them with a driver ?force-delete? tool. (Note that no HP or Omen driver is required to operate any part of this machine or software, even the hp printer drivers and you?re using a hp printer.) Install whatever OS you want, just be aware: 1. if using any installation of windows, the hp/omen drivers will all be auto-reinstalled on essential windows updates 2. the second RAM slot will only work with hp-manufactured cards (and not the default card) but you can swap out the default card with a larger non-hp one 3. If keeping and building off as is, all relevant program links and info is left for you on the desktop so you can better customize everything to your taste if you like
