I used to go there as a child and stay for a week at a time. I assisted him in making this feed that he would put out daily for the wild deer. Dozens of deer would on a daily basis feed on it. I will never forget that the deer would seem to lose all of there normal sketchy behavior when feeding. They really loved this stuff. Grandpa Mac had an electric cement mixer that we would load the ingredients into and he would let it mix for at least 1 hour. Then we would bag it into daily portions and lock it up in the shed.
