The pictures show the exact item you will receive. It is new but with some moderate damage to the packaging. I tried to highlight the damage to the package as best as possible. There is some obvious damage along with some cracks on the plastic packaging. There is some sort/debris in the bottom of the packaging (came in through cracks in packaging I assume) but is not near the game itself. While this is new it is also nearly 30 years old and had batteries included I cannot say for certain that the game would function.
