There is some chipping / wear at the top of the spine; there is also a tear measuring approximately 0.75 inches on the edge between the spine and the front cover (see close up picture). The covers have some wear, some creasing, and some light smudging. There is a name written in pen in the top right corner of the firs page. The spine tilts slightly.
