Next, the razor is polished, outer doors, outer cap, end caps, and guard edge are mirror polished, followed by a hand polish. We then plate the razor with Nickel Plating Rhodium or 24K Gold is plated over the Nickel for those razors plated with precious metals. Finally, the razor is reassembled and adjusted. Blade gap is checked with a blade in, between the blade and guard. Fatboy numbers are repainted and the stripe is installed. No warranty is implied for the paint or pinstriping.
