If item is sealed or new in box, the box hasn't been opened. If it is open box, it has been opened/tested as indicated in the listing. If it is used, it is tested prior to listing to verify it works. Refunds - We offer 30 day refunds on all purchases unless otherwise specified in the listing. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping and the order will be refunded when received and verified it is the same condition as when we sent it.
