Does include electric motor - tested and works. The switch on the battery compartment worked better in one direction than the other. I had to move it around to get it to work on one side. Maybe using it will get it working better. Battery compartment is clean. A lot of small hardware in bags. Again, please look at the pictures closely. If you have any questions, please ask.
