Pants have a 32" inseam, and measure about 12" waist laying flat, but stretch to a little over 15" (laying flat) This very striking coat and pants set were custom made by a talented California designer, but when I purchased, I did not take into account the thick quilted lining, (and I think I put on a little weight), its just too small for me.
