This Stand is used but in Very Good Condition - It does have some very very light scuffs/signs of use, but nothing really noticeable unless you are studying it. There are 2 spots on the edge that looks like something rubbed against it and left its reddish/blue colors on it (Nothing major) see pics! I have no clue who the maker of this stand is .. There are no stickers or markings on it (that I was able to find anyway) Please be aware that this is a frosted glass flat Pedestal Cake/Pie/Cupcake plate (The pictures taken for this sale are making this plate look white - It is not white) It has hand-painted yellow flowers on it. I washed this before this listing and the paint doe not rub off. Made very well! It has a diameter of approx. 11 3/4" and a height of 4 1/2" Weighs 3 lbs. 2 oz.
