Item description

S.S. by Fritz Kirschner Digit Books, First World Publication, 1958 Condition: Very Good+ The story of a German soldier who runs afoul of the hated and feared S.S., Hitler's band of trained bullies, and of how he went over to the French Resistance Movement. Nice square, tightly bound original British paperback of the '50s, with modest to moderate edge wear, modest wear along spine, a tiny front cover pull and a used bookstore stamp on the first page. Else, unusually well-preserved vintage paperback, with tanned pages but no page markings or creases. Scarce, and apparently never published in the U.S.
