From Wewoka St Pawn of Oklahoma we have a 1972 BiCentennial Plate by John Frank aka Frankoma. This is a super nice collectors plate, 1st issue of 5, 1972 Bi-Centennial Celebration Provocations, Signers of the Declaration of Independece signed John Frank on the back. It has all the signers signatures,2 small holes on the back for a hanger and measures 8 1/4" wide. See photos for more details.
