She was the daughter of William "Billy" Henry Clowes Walker (1883-1974) and Helen Frances Brewer (1896-1956). William and Frances were married October 9, 1920 in Hingham, Massachusetts. The family resided in Newton and also in Hingham, Massachusetts.
