1927 - 1931 Ford Model A Van - MB38 by Matchbox. This is an Australian Collectors Model and it was only distributed in Australia. This is a die cast toy advertising van for "The Historical Connection". The van comes with a rear box for delivery or storage and has a dark green body with gold decals on both sides, on the doors and on box sides. This American advertising / delivery Model A van was a 1987 release by Matchbox, in blue box, which is dated to 1988. Made in Macau, Circa 1987 and Copyrighted by Matchbox International. The Ford Model A (also colloquially called the A-Model Ford or the A, and A-bone among rodders and customizers), was the second huge success for the Ford Motor Company, after its predecessor, the Model T. Measurements are approximately 3 1/4 inches long by 1 1/4 inches wide. This rare vintage item is collectible and it is in like new condition. In original box. (Box has minor wear.) Please see photos.
