The empire waist is fully elasticized, as are the sleeve ends. Unfortunately, the dress does not photograph well and is more stunning in person. Subtle, classic colors that would look fabulous at a party. Made in the USA of 55% rayon and 45% metallic, it is fully lined in a cotton-modal fabric. Lying flat and unstretched, the garment has the following approximate measurements: Underarm to underarm: 16" Sleeves: 16" and 11" (outer and inner, respectively) Back length: 33.5" All preowned items are sold AS IS.
