Do not use Efferalgan in the following cases - if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to paracetamol or any other ingredient of this medicine - if you have acute liver disease. Usage Adults and children weighing 50 kg or more (approximately 15 years of age and older) take 1 or 2 dissolvable tablets every 4 hours. The daily dose is no more than 6 soluble tablets (3 g of paracetamol).
