Item description

Ed Cox Erotic Gay Photograph CHRISTIAN Dancer Overtown Miami 1996 Signed Matted The mat is pencil signed The photo is pen signed Photo measures 9.50" x 7.50" Overall measures 14.00" x 11.00" The photographer is Ed Cox. Since 1988, this self-taught artist has been producing work for the Associated Press as well as nude work for publications such as "Playgirl," "Playguy," "Honcho," "Mandate," "Inches," "Unzipped," "Vulcan," "Prowl" and "Euroguy" among others. Working in black-and-white, his images of naked men "integrated" into architecture and landscapes showed in a number of galleries under the title "For Your Eyes Only." The viewer rarely gets the sense that Cox merely posed and shot his models. The viewer almost never gets the sense that these images are static or lack energy. Even the posed photographs have a sense of movement. Even active people stop for a moment, stare at something.
