We only allow returns on damaged items or items lost in the mail over 30 days. We purchase insurance on all products shipped and will accept returns if damage occurs in the shipping process once it is out of our hands. Or if your package doesn’t arrive – please allow sufficient time for the shipping carrier to deliver – suggested time 30 days.

Please know that we have shipped successfully all over the world, but there may be rare times when shipping problems have to be addressed.
