Downingtown National Bank has updated its name to DNB but it is still in and around Downingtown Pennsylvania in Chester County. It gave these rain bonnets to its customers in theory, but really they were given away at trade shows most likely. The rain bonnet is the same as any you may have seen that is made of plastic and folded into itself like an accordian and folded to fit in a little pouch. I have never worn it and have had it since new. Most rain bonnets like this are clear plastic but this one is nicer since it is clear with red flowers all over it. It has been in a smoke free home.
