Some are missing the big blue 8400uf electroylytic capacitors so assuming someone swiped them to swap into another board that was older, or that is the part that goes bad and needed replacing or we have no idea? So the one you get may or may not have the capacitor, ASK PRIOR TO BUYING if it matters so we can see what is left.
