Our Discipline design has been extensively tested with over 10,000 strokes and holds strong. Cotton Disciplines from our CordsOfPenance Workshop are made of cotton rope 6mm (1/4") thick, by hand. This size has medium length falls which can pack a punch just like their sisal counterparts, but can also be used in a gentler fashion. The grip is made from dyed sisal rope, either scarlet or teal (choose 'red' or 'green'). Sisal grips are firmer than cotton grips, making for well-balanced action.
