It was a common practice for higher end retailers to have pottery porcelain made specifically for their stores. There is no England mark because these are pre 1891 MCKINLEY TRADE TARIFF. These are a very white color porcelain like English Bone China. The condition is very good no chips, no cracks, no visible knife cuts, just very slight gold edge wear spots.
