If item is sealed or new in box, the box hasn't been opened. If it is open box, it has been opened/tested as indicated in the listing. If it is used, it is tested prior to listing to verify it works or it will be listed as parts only. Questions - Please contact me with any questions before completing your purchase. Payment - All payments are process through. There are no exceptions. Handling - All orders will be packaged the same day order is received (Before 10PM) and will be shipped the next business day when payment clears. If there is a delay, we will message the buyer as soon as possible. Shipping - We reserve the right to ship with any carrier based on speed, cost, and reliability. If you want your order shipped with a specific carrier, please send a message after you complete payment including that carrier and we will try to accommodate. If the carrier isn't listed, send an offer with a note and we will add the carrier if possible with the cost associated. Refunds - We offer 30 day refunds on all purchases unless otherwise specified in the listing. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping and the order will be refunded when received and verified it is the same condition as when we sent it. Electronics will have the serial numbers verified prior to refund being issued. Product must be sent back in same condition as when shipped.
