Item description

Up for sale is a complete pair of Orange Lion's Paw Scallops. Lion's Paw Scallops are scallops that are native to the Pacific, and live along the coast of the Gulf of California. Scallops are one of very few groups of bivalves known to be primarily "free-living," in other words, are able to swim short distances and are not attached to the sea floor. These scallop shells are great for baking seafood dishes in their concave shell, candle tea lights, Christmas ornaments, and would be perfect for scattering in the sand for a beach wedding. They could also make a great addition to your specimen shell collection, perfect for shadow boxes or a soap dish as well.
