Fast Center Post Operation The COATS Model 4040A Center Post Tire Changer is super fast and super powerful. All operations--bead loosening, demounting, mounting, and inflation--are performed in the same position. The contoured tabletop provides proper rim support, and a 7.5 gallon surge tank is 50 percent larger than competitive models for the inflation power when you need it. The 4040A set the industry standard for high-volume tire changing. And for some shops, it's still the machine of choice. This machine is a complete tear down to the frame. Frame is refinished with new industrial grade paint and labels. Every component is completely taken apart and rebuilt with new internal parts. Each Frame is stripped, primed and refinished with Industrial Grade Primer and Enamel. All components cleaned - NEW Seals - O rings - Bearings are replaced. One-way Flow Valves Reassembled - Torque and PSI settings tested to original factory specs. Replace all Cylinders as needed. We reassemble and test to factory PSI settings. Replaced with all NEW - Hoses - Hard Lines ? Bolts - Actuator Valves - Machine Oil -Regulator - Tire Inflator Whip Hose - Bottle and Brush. Gauges tested and replaced with new as needed. Pressure Limiter Assembly disassembled and all O Rings and Diaphragms Replaced.
